You probably want to know a little bit about me. I’m a Mom to two busy boys and I work full time in the Financial industry. I work hard to stay fit and healthy for my family, to set an example of what kind of life I want them to lead.
Ultimately, I am becoming a fit Mom to make me happy. After my second son was born I experience Postpartum Depression. It became VERY important that I maintain a healthy lifestyle, working out and eating healthy, to stay mentally healthy for my family. The side effects are AMAZING! With just working out 30 minutes a day and sticking to good nutrition I am able to keep up with my families busy lifestyle. Now I want to pay it forward! I went from sitting on the couch to 3 months later being in LOVE with nutrition and fitness. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals by making a lifestyle change.
