Well I made it to Friday!
It has been a very... challenging week. After completing my first round of the 21 Day Fix almost 2 weeks ago I have taken a small break from my nutrition. It was easy to make bad, or unhealthy choices over Easter. With family visits, brunches, and loads of chocolate for the kids. My willpower took a hit and I realized that my motivation was directly related to how much unhealthy food I ate. It was like I spent the week experiencing a food hang over. Not fun at all.
We made a point to remove all the candy in the house. Or at least, we moved it so it was not as accessible. I am also working on cleaning out the fridge. I am looking forward to my Super Saturday event tomorrow and BBGYYC Workout on Sunday.
I spent the week participating in a BeachBody on Demand workout. We did a different workout every day. It was so fun to experience all the different workout programs they have to offer.

I published my first post on Monday, on the Importance of Menu planning. Which was a big step for me, I don't claim to be a writer but I am enjoying being able to get all these idea's out of my head.
The rest of my week has gone by so quickly. My Husband and I got a rare treat of going to a movie on Monday. Wednesday the boys and I attended our regular Group sessions with Families Matter. An organization aimed at supporting Women and families who are suffering from Postpartum Depression. My oldest LOVES this time. He gets 2 hours of play with other kids, and time away from Mommy. I enjoy it for the ability to have a normal conversation with other adults going through the same struggles.
If you would like more information on the program I have added the links bellow for you to check out.
Next week is going to be AMAZING! Not only are we getting back into another round of the 21 day fix, I am participating in a 22 min hard corps test group. I am really excited about t! I love being able to inspire my Husband and kids to make healthy choices.

I hope you enjoy your weekend! If you like what you see so far don't forget to subscribe to get updates on Blog posts and documents.
With Love
