I know this is a couple weeks late. No excuses. I just didn't get to it.
This post is all about what I do to make our mornings run a whole lot smoother. HAHAHA pun completely intended.
We enjoy amazing protein packed smoothies EVERY morning. I usually get bored fast when I have to eat the same thing every day. However, smoothies are a bit different because you can have a variety of flavours.
Unlike the other parts in this series this post is going to be quite short.
I have already posted about my love of the 21 day fix portion containers. And, again, I use them to measure out all my ingredients for smoothies.

I like to buy at least 3 types of frozen fruit, just for a little variance. Fresh banana's are also part of my smoothie prep, however I don't generally do anything with them until I make my smoothies.

Start by measuring out your fruit with the purple portion container, making sure its a bit over the top because frozen fruit takes up more space than fresh or thawed. Package in ziplock sandwich bags, label with fruit type and date. Your Monday's are prepped.
Its honestly that easy!
